Cancellation, withdrawal and refunds

The appropriate route depends on where you purchased the subscription. Cancellation, statutory withdrawal and a refund for a defect are distinct actions.
1. Web purchases through Paddle
For a subscription purchased through Paddle, use subscription management in your purchase confirmation or the Paddle customer portal. Paddle buyer support can help with charges and refunds. RevenueCat associates the entitlement with your timeasy account; this does not create an additional purchase channel.
For reversing or withdrawing from a Paddle purchase, the information provided at purchase and applicable statutory rights govern. Paddle policies are linked for additional information and do not restrict mandatory claims.
2. Apple App Store purchases
Manage and cancel a subscription billed through Apple in the Apple Account used for the purchase. Refunds can be requested through Apple’s procedures. Eligibility and the extent of a refund depend on the circumstances and your statutory rights.
3. Google Play purchases
Manage a subscription billed through Google Play under “Payments and subscriptions” in the Google Account used for purchase. You can cancel there; refunds follow the applicable procedure and statutory rights. This purchase route is relevant only where timeasy is offered on Google Play.
4. Consumer withdrawal
Consumers generally have a statutory withdrawal right for covered distance contracts. The specific information, responsible contracting party, start of the withdrawal period and ways to give notice must be provided before contract formation. Missing or incorrect information can have statutory consequences for the period.
An ongoing service like timeasy Pro is not fully performed simply because you first sign in. This page does not require a blanket waiver of withdrawal rights or generally exclude already-used subscriptions. The legal requirements applicable to the particular contract govern.
Address withdrawal to the contracting party identified in your contract documents and use any withdrawal function provided there. If the purchase channel is unclear, contact support@timeasy.org for assistance. Other legally permitted ways to give notice remain available.
5. Cancellation effects and refund claims
Ordinary cancellation ends the subscription on its effective date and does not automatically require repayment of all previous charges. Statutory claims, including those arising from valid withdrawal, defects or payments covering periods after termination, remain unaffected.
Uninstalling an app, deleting an account and cancelling a contract are different actions. Check the effective cancellation date and confirmation with the relevant purchase provider. Our terms explain duration and renewal.
6. Help with problems
For technical issues or help identifying a purchase, contact support@timeasy.org. Where possible, include the purchase provider and an order or transaction identifier. Do not send full card details or passwords.
